I have a friend who originally lived in Ontario and experienced similar challenges, including changing immigration rules. I think 2022 PR can sign up or join CAF - Canadian Armed Forces. Kahit mag reservist ka, may sweldo kahit mag aral ka ulit. So as soon as PR you can pursue that too… fast track to citizenship. All the best! Kaya nyo yan!!!

Nasa news yon naka base daw diyan sa Saskatchewan nag Aral then non naka tapos lumipat ng Ottawa at don nag aral , after 7 years she applied for Canadian citizenship but she got rejected dahil once don ka nag tapos ng pag Aral sa Saskatchewan dapat pala you have to contribute at don ka muna mag trabaho bago ka lumipat ng ibang lugar na province

You know best through your extensive research what’s good for you to not only maintain your status but also to keep the process of your permanent residency. Do as necessary to make adjustments for an uninterrupted process to your landed immigrant status. Sacrifices made might yield that fruit of all your labor. Just observe the trend that Canada is moving to. The Governments are making it difficult to settle if you’re in a saturated province and make it easier to other provinces to entice you to move to where you are needed. It’s a big decision but if it gives you the best chance for permanent residency, go for it before they get saturated and make it more difficult again. This levels of difficulty will continue so maybe a wise and quick decision might be in order.. PS: I wouldn’t trust this “temporary pause” changes as you say it, which may or MAY NOT revert back to the old rules, or even worse, may change to a stricter set of rules. Just remember that too.

Try moving to a small town or underserved areas like my place-Kenora Ontario which is 2 and a half drive from Manitoba. Mabilis kayo ma PR dito. Alwin check A&W here and look for the owner-Randy or Taylor coz they offer lmia. Daming work permit dito, mabilis mag ka pr mga lumilipat dito. Don’t wait dapat maghanap na si alwin ng nga jobs and Emma use your nurse education. Ipa assess mo ung nursing mo while waiting to graduate. Mara ming nga ways na ma pr hindi lang openly sinasabi. Madaming mga East Indian from Toronto na lumilipat dito sa Kenora Ontario. Especially Emma can land as nurse and lawyer here.
