i always get kernel issue, telling me to use a specific command to install ipykernel, but when i try to run that, it drops the same error messege. could you help me with troubleshooting? i selected python 3.8 as the interpretter, and python 3.8 as the kernel, yet it complains that i dont have a kernel. could you help?
