Thrunite TC15 V3 Review (2403 Lumens, 18650, USB-C Charging)

I have the v2 of TC15, and actually 3 of it. It's my favorite EDC light. Thrunite has the best user interface and the choice of brightness levels is perfect. USB-C port is better than micro-USB, but it does not justifies for me to get v3, especially when I usually charge the battery in a standard charger anyway.

Wished the hid/protected the USB-C port under a metal sleeve like they do on the Archer Mini. Flimsy rubber gaskets can get torn off. Great review, thanks!

Does anyone know the bezel diametre? Assuming all lgihts have the same size mm....I ordered a BSS v5 last night....comes with a red filter...but I want a green (possibly a NW as well)....lens filter companies for photography might make this size....e.g. Cokin. Odd Thrunite doesn't sell other filter colour choices....

Does anyone know if the Olight pocket clip would fit the TC15 V3?

@@LiquidRetro I assumed they were all the same. Was wondering if an Olight clip would solve this issue with the design of the TC15 V3 clip that some have mentioned.

No they are definitely different clips depending on the light. I could try one or two models if you have something specific in mind

I still prefer the original TC15.

I have three samples of original TC15, all in neutral white. And I cannot see any other improvement of the successors than usb-C charging port. The outputs are basically the same. And have you noticed that according to the specs turbo lasts for 2,3min while high for 1,1min before stepdown? I don't know what Thrunite is doing... Apart from that Thrunite has almost totally abandoned neutral white options for the lights.
