I hope youre still around to see this but I feel like you nailed the songs perfectly. It is quite common for japanese games to have very energetic "engrish" songs with the lyrics not making much sense, but the spirit is there and thats what matters. In fact, at this point I would be disappointed if a japanese game DIDNT have engrish songs, its simply boring if they make it too professional and lose that spicy oriental flavor which says: "Yes its ridiculous, but it sounds cool so Im not changing anything." With that in mind, this is a very genuine experience and you remained true to this long standing tradition, made all the more unique by having an actual english speaker deliver the lines. These songs have that kind of humorous absurdity and layer of depth to them which just tickles me. Perhaps that was the idea all along when they handed you the project...?

Yeah, he does kinda look like Wesker with longer hair. And no shirt. Wesker's a recurring RE character who wears sunglasses all the time. He's also an enormous jerk and gets off on betraying people. And at least in Umbrella Chronicles, he has the most unintentionally awesome dialogue ever. I've heard his voice described as "like Lloyd Grossman with throat cancer", and that fits pretty well.
