At the beginning of every school year, he would go to the local community colleges and put on an hour long speech about the importance of trades. He’d do part of those speeches in character, and talk about his background. He always drove around in a big old work truck because he had a side hustle as a stone mason (which he was known to be quite good at)

@@ShawnJonesHellion I've had Everclear before, kept the bottle, I have an empty bottle or two in my storage room. Can't remember off-hand what the proof is, but yeah, it's strong. Don't think it's available locally, sadly, not where I'm living now. The friend who had it, whom gave it to me in exchange of something or for my help with something, said she'd never seen anyone be able to drink it straight without sputtering and coughing and what not. I drank some straight, and yeah it burned like Hell, but it didn't seem all that much worse than straight 151 proof alcohol. I recall it being like vodka, but EXTREMELY strong. Vodka with a burn, as opposed to normal vodka which I'm pretty used to. Can't drink it like water of course, but it's only 40%. I can handle that with ease, meanwhile straight 75.5% (151 proof) or 90/95% (180/190 proof) is what really gives the burn. I guess you can just get used to the burn in general, although believe me, I wouldn't want to drink 151 or Everclear without a chaser. That doesn't mean that I CAN'T drink it without a chaser, but damn would I want one, and I would want to mentally prepare to deal with the burn. If someone presented me with a strong shot and a chaser, but then tricked me and took away the chaser while I drank the shot, I would be pretty frustrated and annoyed with them and probably wouldn't drink with them anymore.

I didnt used to chase it an just poured little 4-8 ounce shots my first bottle. i think it caused some serious issues cause that 🔥 is more than a tingling feeling 😅. these days i mix everything with electrolyte drinks cause it helps prevent dehydration an the "burn" side effects. 151 is often one i look for as well 😁👍

John does this perfectly. And you can see it how does, by doing what he can do best, and that's acting being drunk. And all that by being sober all the time. You got many actors, who actually have to be intoxicated to play drunk, and that in my book, is bad acting. Isn't that the actors job, to actually being another person, sober?
