This song helped me with my first encounter with God. No joke, my encounter happened during this song, this chorus because I remembered this video and that Jen from Skillet, my favourite band sang here. So thank you for this song. And for this video.

Jen has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard. Her music with LEDGER saved me in more ways then one. I am still alive because of her song Not Dead Yet helped me realize it's ok to be "broken". I was very close to killing myself when that song played at the right moment. I feel God knew that was the message I needed and he has continued to use her music to help me through so much this past year. Her song My Arms has also been an incredible help to me especially for my mental health and helping me realize I am never alone. Because of her music I have reconnected with my best friend and she has helped me realize that I am still loved no matter how many years apart we where. But most of all. I have found my faith again. There where a few times I probably should have died. Even when I had abandoned Him. God was always with me. He protected me. He never stopped loving me even when I stopped loving Him.

I feel that. For me it was the same with the song Stars by Skillet. Something really bad happend to me and I felt so guilty and lost and broken and unworthy of life. So I went to a Bridge above Train Tracks waiting for the Train to come. A few seconds (Maybe 20 or 30) before the train came Stars began to play and i just broke down crying. Their Music and also LEDGER helped me get trough so much and everytime I feel lost I go back and listen to their music. I hope you are better now and that your life got a little easier

Absolutely amazing. Just seen her in concert and Skillet. Definitely top 3 live concerts Ive been to and Ive seen alot of live concerts over my lifetime. Skillet Absolutely rocked and Ledger was awesome to, her voice gave me goosebumps. Keep doing your thing Jen, you are a wonderful person. I hadnt been to a concert in 6 years and my anxiety was really bad around all the people but as soon as she started to sing I felt it wash away. That's the 1st time in a long time that I was around so many people and I didnt have bad anxiety. 🙂
