Reality is coming for Diana Taurasi as she may have played her final WNBA regular season game in her 20 year career the other day against Seattle. Also I think the resentment between the OG WNBA players and the new generation of talent coming from college is based on the fact that with the new TV deal the WNBA just signed and soon a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA), the new generation of WNBA players will be making substantially more money than what the OG players did the previous three decades. Some of the older WNBA players have said that their financial livelihoods are being threatened by the future incoming WNBA draft classes since it's difficult to make a roster.
