Lately I find myself reaching for Painterly, Spirited Away, and Night Thoughts the most for everyday looks, depending if my overall look is warmer or cooler. I think I prefer that Lucent formula. However, I'm supposed to get the new Velvet Rain today in the mail (though my mail delivery is not reliable so I'm not holding my breath). I was tempted to get more but I find I do reach for the Lucent formula most often so I limited myself to one for now.

Painterly is a great autumn color. Looking forward to your review and swatches of the new collection. I picked up Velvet Pompadour and Enchantment and hope they are not close to anything else in my collection, i.e. Rose Official, Blush Lightly. Those pink Pompadour bags sold out within 24 hours! Apparently they are restocking. Your swatches are so much more accurate, I carefully watched her new video and checked out the photos for the new collection, and her lighting is very different so they really don't compare well.

Love these series and berry tones so I'm particularly excited to watch this video! Hi Kate :) can you do a video of swatching (or a community post) all the lisa eldridge luxuriously lucent lipsticks? Would help a lot :) How do you find Le Mépris and Dance Card on your lips? On mine it seems to settle into my lip lines, which is not flattering, might've gotten a bad batch.

Also is Je Ne Sais Quoi just a darker version of Dance Card?

I will do that in the future, great idea. I haven’t had those issues with either shade, but I think it’s not uncommon for that to happen with lighter shades sometimes. I don’t think Je Ne Sais Quois is just a deeper version of Dance Card, it may be that there’s also more red/orange in JNSQ, as well as being darker🥰
