The method of getting there is a little too obscure for my liking. Part 1: in the little town on the left side of the swamps, you can normal jump onto a root in the water leading to a secret area. Once you leave the area you can fall on top of one of the hat guys; he will give you the map Part 2: You need 10 green paste. You can get some from the fish bar in area 3.

Thats about how complex the Hollywood area was in order to get past the seesaw guy. How would I know to get a random rock in a bar to make him fly?
