I think that this mod is a good example of what a great "what if" mod could be, and could earn a spot next to things like Drunkard's Paradise and Vega Hopes This is what I would say about the original TRR. This one somehow feels like an alpha version of the original TRR.

@@scriggle3564 True, but that was basically the only gripe I had with the mod. The endings were a little... weird and there were some small issues but i think it was really impressive

I understand CtR wanted to be done with this duo to bring dragging for yoo long and honestly I felt like most stuff were better in first version I'm not fan of the mod most but it had some ideas moatly the original version and I do hope the original is still available

there is another ending a better one but you must find most (or all) the rock switches (tip: the first one is at the starting screen and is marked by stars but the best way to find them is to search every rock) and defeat all the bonus bosses (you missed 1) if you do it right you get a extra option at the end (you need to pick it multiple times)

good lord this ending is such a downgrade from the original rod ending (the five ending in the original is terrible on principle alone so its not being considered here) but MAN, you lose the build up of the original and two portions of the actual fight! all for hart to have his little "noone in particular" moment. that moment where he "levels the playing field" is so stupid, pointless modpack slop stupid. hart cannot just one shot 6 fucking mutants all at once, not only is it ridiculous from an in universe perspective but it kills all the tension of the fight and mischaracterizes hart too. if hart can just 1 shot 6 mutants then tell me, why doesnt he just 1 shot the whole party? because they are physically way weaker than joy mutants. hart is a coward, a bully. he uses his raw strength and sheer numbers to intimidate people and hides behind his men 90% of the time. plus killing 6 meat sheilds that are stronger than the 6 people you were hiding behind because you "want them to yourself" is such a dumbfuck move to make. theres a lot about this remake i dont like, but this cakes the take for me. they took one step forward, then threw themselves backwards down a flight of stairs.

Something I hate a lot is when they make animate from llsa the joyful I feel like screaming to the four damned winds fans poster and every time they forget to put the baby I will always be annoying with the phrase you forgot to put the baby buddy just to annoy

Honestly, 2.0 is a downgrade of the original. Some re touches to the og true Rodrigues route could have made it a hella of a good mod. Now this is just a fanfic mess… I’m sorry creator of the mod but take this as criticism for the better, so you can learn from this and make better works on the future.
