you have to go to the area where anaconda's 3rd encounter is and go through the tunnel that shortcuts back to the area before chriss bellucci's ring, once you trigger the crow to save, it should trigger the appearance of the rando guys

the path towards Arnold is blocked by Kirf Dinkle, the "I'm not a basket case" guy, who's unavoidable and can't be spared. the only way around him is to fall to the salt lake and fight anaconda

I'm honestly *not* the best person to ask for _general_ advice, especially for something as broad as "how to make a fangame" if you ask me for something specific, I might be able to help and when it comes to learning how rpg maker works, you'd probably want to find a tutorial, since I'm mostly self-taught through looking at other projects and seeing how specific things are done so I can replicate it
