So, the guy that Hank swings around can be spared. Chet can be spared if you don't attack him while he attacks you, as he feels bad for doing it. The guy who says he's not ready can be spared after a bit of attacks from you. Alcohol Keeth can be spared just by running from him, and afterwards he is happy because he feels intimidating. Finn Gur can be escaped from, though no new dialogue comes from him. Who else can be spared once you get into a battle with them? Outright avoiding them does not count.

The base sprite is clearly Sluggan but I see they've tweaked it nonetheless, the arms are more proportionate and the rope has a less accentuated twist and in general less rough edges than Cinder's.

Finally got to this part, the guy being swung around definitely seemed be one of the jerseyheads like a few other members that think that wearing the jersey would prevent them from being killed. He doesn’t seem like the type of guy who’d hurt anyone. It’s nice you can save him from being swung around like a weapon, another good guy in a bad world.

He also had a major achievement in ignorance by somehow being the only person in Downtown that managed to outright ignore _(and I don't even mean resist it, this guy never got hit with it in the first place)_ jersey madness after putting one on. Man either had a will of tungsten or him being the only guy in town who saw the jerseys as nothing but sports equipment protected him somehow.
