Alright the difference (that i know of) in this mod when you get to these guys in 3rd folds are -Francis will start attacking from the beggining of the fight -Wallaby can now use fireball -wallaby now has 2 gear up move and the new one is just setting everyone a blaze while ignoring the dodge status effect (it does little damage) -Francis getting to low health will give to either wallaby or kroger an extra turn to heal francis -If both wallaby or Kroger get low on health francis will get an extra dialogue forcing them to breath deeply healing them after covering them this also clear up a couple of status effect like wary -Wallaby is no longer confused upon the death of francis and get an extra piece of dialogue

You should try Bounded by Infinity. It's mod about them. Basically just third fold version.
