When you consider weight and all and look at Hugo, it makes me a bit frightened to imagine him in real life. A towering mass of psychopathic flesh that you can barely budge, which can simply push you down, pin you down with its weight, and begin cutting you open like a fish fillet whilst still alive. A terrifying concept, to stay the least, not to mention how he has been shown to be able to grab individual characters Ingame to hold them in the spot to just begin attempting to tear their exposed belly. Paired with surprising strength and his own immovable force, Hugo wielding a deadly weapon - albeit a small one - with a surgeon’s precision may be truly amongst one of the worst things to encounter in a similar situation that Alex and Joel were in.

Could not have worded this better myself. I really love how all these extra endings/fights for Infinity Unfolds help hammer home just how dangerous Hugo is and why he's Pointless's equivalent to Buzzo, ironically enough even with all these endings allowing Alex to escape his rupturing/the unwinnable situation he was thrown into in vanilla Pointless. I especially love how the no folds ending shows that Hugo has a deceptive amount of speed to go along with his strength, as him nearly catching a fleeing Alex and the Neon Flamingos' bus as it began to take off proves. Add all that onto what you've already pointed out about Hugo, and yeah, you got what's probably the most dangerous threat Alex and Joel could face on the former's quest to find a better place.

Gotta consider scalpels are really precise blades. This guy is opening his victims right up-- dunno if you've ever seen a scalpel part flesh but it's pretty wild. I don't think it being small is a disadvantage. Lets it get into all the tendons and veins, and that lil' cutter isn't gonna have any trouble getting in and in between everything. It's not just bleed wounds, he's in your body messing up your musculature like a cat with a ball of yarn.

If you're a "martial artist" like Churchland - if you can even call him that - you could theoretically dodge Hugo's attacks with some ease. However, noting the fact that Hugo boasts surprising speed as stated by @lolrus5555 above, it is very possible that the scalpel's size may just become irrelevant. And I don't believe Hugo has trouble getting to his victim's tendons in general. If anything, he can simply apply his weight in his assault against one's body and gain much more force than most can. If tough tissue or muscles was in the way prior, I don't think it would stand a chance against his combined weight and the piercing of a normal blade. I'm just assuming here that a blade could have the same potential for accuracy as an actual scalpel, which is obviously incorrect. Size likely does play a role in things considering that your average scalpel is light. Playing into what you say, Hugo's ability to swing the thing quickly like the blade of a blender is what makes him a unique and confusing enemy to fight in the eyes of his victim. Speaking on the topic of realism also brings in the fact that the man is obese. He likely lacks in stamina compared to others, so having a lightweight weapon would suit him the best.

Also considering how this guy actualy has sneak 100, youd try to get away from him, think you are safe, go to sleep, and you wake up in hell/heaven and being the man that he is hes not gona have trouble entering some wrecked building or anything short of actual metal gates and concrete walls also can we just talk about his face for a moment, you look at his sprites and his concept art, the man looks souless, that smile alone would have been enough, but the fact his eyes are also obscured does not help, the fact hes shirtless is even worse, it just shows he can take a beating with no padding at all and be more agile and free with nothing weighing down his movements, just proves how this man is made of stone and has high speed and agilty disproportionate for his body type

Not do they resemble each other greatly, but Holden's MO of gleefully ruining lives for the hell of it matches up well with how Hugo is all too happy to kill whoever Jason puts between them, to say nothing of him killing Petre Grams for no apparent reason despite Grams having no association with Jason. There's also the fact that Holden's described as being _scarily good_ at whatever he puts his mind to, being capable of traversing a lengthy-ass desert with no issue (like Hugo apparently did with the endless wastes after killing Grams), being uncannily good at sneaking up on people, and being much, _much_ stronger and faster than his appearance would initially have you believe, all traits that Hugo demonstrates in Pointless and especially IU.
