In my playthrough, I choose the option to let Rando speak. And by God, that was the best choice I could've made, cuz little ol' Dustin SWEPT all of them basically on his own just because of Rage and Vigorous A little annoying how you can't truly spare any of them (i would've let akira die, fuck him, i don't care about your dead wife), but I guess it makes sense as a piece of commentary on Olathe. You can try and pretend all you want, but the world is fucked, and there's no true way to bring back a "normal society", be it Communist, Capitalist and SPECIALLY not Traditionalism.
