I love Jane Iredale Amazing Base combined with PurePressed Base Mineral Foundation. I use them both on top of DRMTLGY Universal Tinted Moisturizer for a natural, no foundation look. There is no settling in my fine lines & wrinkles. FYI : I am 61 with oily to combination skin and live in South Florida, very humid climate! ☀️😊

Thank you for recommending the Jane Iredale PurePressed Base Mineral Foundation. I have used the Lancome Dual Finish powder foundation off and on for years and thought it was good, but the Jane Iredale blew me away. It is fantastic! I have recently been trying to learn more about makeup and am so glad I found your channel. (I am 54 and typically have been a makeup minimialist - just because I didn't know much about makeup.) Lisa, I have the Jane Iredale products and didn’t really get the results that didn’t look powdery. At 72 years young, I love the concept of ease and naturalness. After watching this, I will try again, using your brushes that I have and love. Thanks for this as it inspires me to use the products I already own, and attempt to get the natural look you showed. Thinking maybe I didn’t use enough of the primer, but I definitely will try again. Love their products, hope I can get a less dry, powdery look. LOVE your brushes!! Have a wonderful week ahead.💄❤

Hi Bobbie! Yes try and apply the powder shortly after the primer, and spray and set with the Pommist Hydration Spray. That is key. :)

So so pretty, Lisa! How do I go about matching my color for the powder foundation? I'm 58, brunette, have light-medium rosecea and would like to conceal the red. My typical color I use is by IT Cosmetics called Neutral Medium in the CC foundation. Also, what color blush would you recommend for someone with red skin? I'd love to be your next model. Lisa, you & Nikki both have PERFECT skin … to the point that the average woman doesn’t have. Would it be okay to ask for you show some of the products on women who don’t have flawless skin? This foundation is probably more popular amongst more mature people than younger people actually. That is why Lisa said this is not your typical powder foundation.

Hi Lisa! This was such a great video not only for beginners but for those of us who don't want to spend a lot of time using lots of products everyday. I have not used the Jane Iredale line and need a bit of input. I began wearing the Mac Studio Fix powder foundation probably 30 years ago and have loved it because of the easy application and being virtually sweat proof. I am now 66 and my skin began changing about 5 years ago looking more dry with the powder foundation. Pores also became more prominent. In this timeframe I have tried several high end as well as drugstore brand mostly liquid foundations along with a number of primers. Sadly none of them seem to work so I end up back using the Mac Studio Fix powder. How does the Jane Iredale powder foundation compare to the Mac? Would the Hydration Spray work with the Mac powder giving the same results? Thank you so much!

I just got the JI blush in sheer honey i really like it i think its my first JI product i have purchased . It looks so easy. I am 63 and want to do light makeup. I have this foundation. I actually have so much but not the best in applying. What do you use under the makeup? I fee part of my issue. So much dryness even with moisturizing. I also bought the product that has little ball like particles in it but seems drying on my skin. Thanks for any suggestions.

Beautiful look! I have 2 Jane Iredale blushes and a coral lip balm that feels so nice plus it stains the lips as well. This is off topic but wanted you to know that since you mentioned it, I've been drinking Bio Coffee for almost 3 weeks. Due to a serious GI issue I cannot have caffeine (this has .025% which is essentially caffeine free). Nor can I have dairy. Plus being alkaline is very important for me. I enjoy this coffee very much. I'm counting down the days to Nikki's single brush availability! I have 3 on my list but I have a feeling rhat # will increase. 😉
