I just wanted to say this video was filmed 2 weeks ago, before the passing of our beautiful Mel. This week, we are all mourning the loss of such a beautiful soul. Sending my love to you all and the entire beauty community. She was truly a light of kindness and love and I will miss her so much. ❤️

Great video. I will try closing my eyes applying mascara and see how that works. When I put on mascara I always have it on my upper lid if I try to get the brush close at the base of the lashes. I am much older than you and seeking foundation for more mature, shall we say wrinkled, skin. So far Lancôme Absolue BX is the winner, tha coverage is good without being heavy or too glowing for my liking. And bonus it does not emphasize pores, and it is silicone free. Maybe you should review that one. Even though it has been around a while, it doesn’t get any discussion.

I've been using the Lancome line since my early 20s. I'm 50yrs old and I can tell you that I've tried Estee Lauder Double Wear, and other lines , but I always go back to Lancome . It is that good when you used with the right products like Lisa J . Love her videos and looks.

I have tried the LANCOME tent idole ultra wear foundation stick, at your suggestion, and LOVE it! I am thinking that I will have to try this on as well. Thanks for a great video. Hi Lisa! I would avoid mascaras that have a fat thick wand... find thinner wands, that will help. But when you do, wait for it to completely dry, then take your shadow brush and just flake it off the skin.

Hi Lisa, do you use the MR Big in waterproof or the regular formula? I usually buy waterproof, but I was wondering how the regular formula wears during the day. I just bought the lash serum from Lancome (I've used the lash primer for years). I hope it works well. So far no nasty side effects ( so that's something). I'll report back if my lashes grow out with it.

Hi Kelly! I haven't tried it yet. I'm sorry! The Teint Idole is excellent coverage, and lasts all day. I wore it again yesterday and never touched up and it looked so good even after 10 hours!

Both are nice... lancome is a lighter consistency and has more of a natural matte finish,.. NARS is a little thicker and has more of a dewy finish

I just purchased this foundation & concealer (as well as your foundation brush!) and really like it, but when I apply any foundation over sunscreen, it breaks up around my nose to mouth.
