I mean the damage isn’t going to be there if you build everfrost first item. Lissandra majority of the time doesn’t need everfrost anyways because her kit is overloaded with cc and slows, going ludens for burst makes you much scarier because enemies won’t expect the burst damage on top of being chain cc’d

Lissandra is feeling great after the buff. The numbers changes are nice, but the real kicker is that her Q now slows everything hit. It used to just slow the first thing hit. Made that spell feel so much nicer.

I would argue about liss cant carry, she can carry if you build burst not another cc from everfrost. True her dmg isnt super high but her q can easily reach 300ap mid game and about 500 late game

She can't have too much damage, imagine getting oneshot by Liss and her aoe abilities would be too strong.

I’ve played a few games of her, I don’t think she’s hard, but it feels like the damage isn’t there. There are so many team fights where I cc the whole enemy team a couple times and I get out of my zhonyas and my entire team is dead. Not sure if I can hard carry with her

@@KayOScode yeah, to use her potential at 100% you need on your team a lot aoe such as mf, samira etc or champs that can deal huge amount of dmg to one person to activate your passive asap. But your full combo should deal aroung half hp depending how tanky they are.

@@Pissandra_0.0 yeah, I think the best I can do with Lisandra is get my carries fed and cc lock their carry. Solo winning the game would be nearly impossible though.

20:00 or so, this is soloq. You can't rely on your team so you are almost forced to play her as a true burst mage. That's why her winrates are higher with Ludens first item in every elo except the highest. Even there the wr difference between Everfrost and Ludens/Liandry is negligable at best.
