Yes! Do check out her entire catalog; Lissie is an incredible talent! I'm always so happy to see people discover her. I noticed an uptick a few years back when she was featured on Twin Peaks, and every once in a while I see a show has featured one of her songs. It's almost criminal how underrated she is.

Loudermilk. This scene gave me chills I haven’t felt in quite some time while listening to a jam session. Incredible rendition, just her and the guitar. The passion pours out of every fiber, I believed those words to my core. Absolutely beautiful song, I’m only sorry it wasn’t til 2024 that I finally experienced it. Another reference: This song was also played during the credits for Dumb and Dumber To about 10 years earlier than Loudermilk. Heard it first in that series episode, but then when heard it again from movie, had to seek it out to listen to just for itself - it’s so compelling... It makes me feel. Grateful to be introduced to such soul-stirring music. Better late than never.

I bought this album shortly before my heavily pregnant wife went into hospital as our first-born was well overdue. As I drove home from visiting her each evening I fixated on this track in my car and I remember driving over Trent Bridge totally lost in her beautiful voice - I will never forget that moment and it took me away from the worry.

Lissie is so beautiful - in her music and in real life.... I have met her twice after her concerts in Melbourne and she is so lovely. I told her that my partner and I fell in love listeneing to her music and she nearly cried. Lissie spent a good half hour talking to us and signing our stuff. Just a beautiful person and awesome musician....can't wait to see you again.

The very first time I heard this song, I think it was about 4 years ago. It's one of the only songs I can listen to over and over again and never get sick of. This song is so important to me and it really is gorgeous.

I used to listen to this song when it first came out when I was 13 years old and preparing for high school exams. I used to try to memorize it in the cold weather in front of the course in the mornings. now I'm 25 years old and i still listen to Lissie's new releases. This voice gives me strength.
