Tiffany Please tell your brother he did an amazing job for the kids and Tammy. I hope he can feel relief with the first of these trials completed. I can tell he has a big heart and he and his fellow detectives showed how much they love JJ and Tylee with their testimony and attendance at all hearings and trials they could attend. 🙏

Does anyone else remember when Nate travelled to Hawaii to confront Lori and Chad? The moment Nate said "There are people around the country praying for your children!" and Lori said "That's great" 😐 that's the moment the whole world knew what they had done. We're so lucky to have journalists like Nate Eaton here in Idaho ❤️

I could not believe that the defendant wanted to 'leave' the courtroom, while evidence was being presented. I was watching the trial of the woman accused of Murdering Gannon Stauch tiday, and her brother as soon a s he took the stand, within minutes brike down in tears( & anger) and yelled at her: WHY Tecia?.... I could see the pain and anguish, and I understood why he needed to say that!!! This is why I am glad the judge denied Lori's request to leave the court proceedings! She needs to reap what she has sown, and hear about the consequences of what her actions brought about, to her children!!!!! Thank you for being a gret frontline for us during this whole case!

The combination of the written Live updates at the East Idaho News website and the audio here (and at the EIN website) makes it (almost) up for the lack of a video. What an excellent , inventive, creative and journalistic persistently committed manner way of working. Thank all of you of EIN for all the excellent work and meticulous report of this terrible case. I do repeat myself a bit but I really hope that you have (mental) support because this court case demands a lot from a person and even if you can report professionally at a certain point it suddenly really hits you and then you need care for yourself. You've taken such good care of JJ and Tylee, Larry and Kate and everyone else involved, I'd hate it if you didn't get proper care yourself in the end, all of you who make this possible. Take care! 1st I wanna say to Nate & EIN...Thank U so much for the diligence it takes to keep us posted to all the important details of the case being that no cameras are allowed...I also wanna give a special shout out to the Rexburg Police for really staying with this case until those poor innocent children were found...and exhuming Tammy's remains bc she had No Idea an affair was even going on and she Didn't deserve for her life to be cut short so Lori & Chad can go off and live in sinful bliss forever...idk if Lori wanting to leave the courtroom during Det. Hermosillo's testimony was some type of strategy from her defense or if she was really upset over the evidence, but either way...her wanting to leave the courtroom bc of her so-called "mental state" is a bunch of bs and I'm glad the judge ruled against it...ik a lot of his ruling came down to law and her getting a fair trial, but the petty me is glad he ruled against it bc she should be strapped down to her chair and Made to listen to every gory, awful detail of what was done to those innocent children...this is Not a "mother" in Any sense of the word...this is a very evil, dark, narcissistic, vain, horrible red jolly rancher jailhouse lipstick wearing pos who should Never be allowed to walk freely among ppl Ever Again...

There's a horrible scene in Clockwork orange where they force one of the evil rap**ts and murderers to watch things, they pin his eyes open with metal. In one way it’s astonishing but in another makes sense. Both had literally gotten away with murder already, of Tammy and Charles. Lori particularly had gotten away with all sorts of lies and manipulations of everyone around her including police. Both surrounded themselves with adoring acolytes who bought all their wacked out religious claptrap. Why wouldn’t they think they’d get away with it?

Lori's neice Melanie Palowski has so far gotten away with her participation in this and the attempt on her ex husbands life. Alex, Lori's brother got away with killing Charles. Initially Chad got away with killing Tammy. Someone got away with killing Alex. Can't forget about Joseph Ryan. Hopefully it all comes to a head now but so far getting away with things has been the norm.

I sure hope the prosecution has the wherewithal to show the jury all those cocky expressions and prison makeup from previous hearings like so many were disgusted by. Quite the opposite of today's episodes apparently, imo.

A missing pet. Okay, we might not know where the pet is. But 2 missing children, and the parent is evasive or non-responsive to questions on the children's whereabouts? Children well known to friends and family? How stupid Lori and Chad had to be to think they could pull off the disappearance of 2 children. Equally stupid to involve others in their schemes and think that they, Lori and Chad, could contain or control information. An easy solution: Allow the children live with others. Morality aside, Lori and Chad have to be the dumbest criminals on the planet.

I've been watching this case from overseas here in Scotland since they were looking for these beautiful children. My heart is with those relatives who sought out the truth of what happened. Its awful to know so many profess to be of Jesus but do this to the innocent. Its clear there's more than just the murders of these children, there's Lori vallows ex husbands and Chad's wife as well as the killer brothers untimely demise...what a true catch she was, nasty lady! I hope God deals with her as she so deserves. 😢🙏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

IF more police were like this man we'd have a far better life in general. There are so many lousy rotten people who sometimes are police just like they're doctors or whatever. Then you have the cops who are like him, or like the Cold case detectives and lots of others who do the crime documentaries. Men and women who cry when they talk about the case, or the ones who have the determination against their peers to believe a victim. Hooray for these people. I understand why they stick together and it's a them and us situation because they see and experience so much bad. But instead of that just think of good and bad people.

Amazing how they all could still live, especially "the Dead Guy" after having murdered both children in Alex's unit. I now believe the only reason Alex rented the unit was for it to be used for one reason and one reason only. Like the residence whereTsar Nicholas and his family were taken... We now had a "unit of special purpose" , in Rexburg, Idaho

The attorney-client privilege should not pertain to the confession of a crime. Defense attorneys should be required to have ethical obligation to reveal the commission of a crime, If a defendent can't find an attorney willing to represent them, tough.

chad the heretic didn't lead a cult, he led a coven. lori the heretic has the maternal instinct of a lump of concrete. Together they were deadly, repeatedly. I would hate to be on the jury, a lot of that evidence will imprint on any juror with even just a mote of empathy. That evidence is the stuff of nightmares. Big mistake dropping the death penalty for this miserable excuse of a mother. After what they have done, I'm surprised they even want to stay alive.
