They never have the same energy for the same players in the same circumstances. Leonard is more accomplished than embiid, but kawhi gets heat because he's hurt at playoff time when embiid is either hurt or getting bounced before the confrence finals. But ask espn embiid is hakeem olajuwon. He's good but not when you need him to be. Kawhi isnt like that. He just cant stay healthy.

Stephen A obviously did not watch Warriors basketball last season. The Warriors plus/minus ratio was better with Klay on the bench!!!! Defensively, Klay is nowhere near where he used to be, and he does not contribute much offensively outside of shooting. Paul George is definitely more important to the Clippers than Klay is to the Warriors.

If Kawhi stayed in Toronto they probably have a core of him, Siakim, Vanvleet, Powell n still make a trade for a center like Poeltl. I bet that team wouldve had more sucess in that last 5 years than the Clipper did. Remember year one without Kawhi they were in the 2nd round with aging Gasol, Ibaka and Lowry still producing. So they would have probably replace those vets with similar players like Olynyk who they now have. But cant fault him for wanting to play at home. Just a thought.
