Yup. Cut the spending by renovating state houses to the tune of 700mln and 400mln and purchase of vehicles 200ml etc. hiking VAT from 16% to 21%. Forcing building taxes 3% and so forth and so forth. And claim it's the opposition. The common mwananchi is suffering and that's a fact.
