I think this information has gotten around the internet enough by now, but in case anyone doesn't know, this is not "racist" at all. First of all it's not even K-pop, it's C-pop (Chinese music). And the word that he's saying is "nei ge" which just means "that" in Mandarin. It just happens to sound similar to the English word you're thinking of but has no negative meaning at all.
