Listening to Pipistrelle Bats Using Bat Detectors

Can I attract pipistrelle bats into my garden by attracting insects at night using a UV floodlight ? I noticed that my neighbours have pips routinely flying across their gardens, and the pips also come towards my windows at night feeding on moths attracted by internal light but not into my garden yet it contains much mature foliage.
