subbed for more lana!!! this album has NO skips for me ive learnt overtime. like w any lana song if i dont like it at first ill listen to it again years later and ill suddenly get it and theyll become my fav songs. shes not latina she just spent a lot of time in spain when she was sent to boarding school for her alcohol issues at a young age. IMO shades of cool is one of the best songs to show ppl lana, the vocals, the lyrics, the BRIDGE is perfection w that guitar. but brooklyn bb and west coast usually catch ppl on the first listen, they bangers for sure. im not white but ill glaze lana anyday. pretty when u cry was freestyled and done in one takee!! money power glory and fucked my way to the top r both pretty satire, based on the negative portrayals the media had w lana, she just leaned into it for those songs. the other woman is a cover of nina simone's song, but u probably heard that one part on tiktok lol, a LOT of her songs have gotten tikok famous lol. black beauty is usually a grower for ppl so glad that u liked it right awayy. i didnt luv florida kilos at first but then this year it was my most played song lol its catchyyy. the lyric "white lines pretty daddy go skiin, u snort it like a champ like the winter were not in." is so fun to me lol. she actually has been sober for over a decade now! i rlly recommend born to die her debut album!! its hip hop inspired so a lot faster paces for a lot of the songs.

We love a genuine reaction to Lana's supreme artistry 🎨 😊 NfR!, UV, BtD are the holy trinity, but Honeymoon was the first vinyl I've ever purchased for a very good reason. Lust for Life is incredible as well as Chemtrails and Blue Banisters and Tunnel ! She doesn't make a bad song. Might be one or two that are pretty meh, but she doesn't put out bad songs. And her music videos are always incredible too. Very cinematic, and worth your time. Tropico is a must tooooooo !! Fukced my way up to the top is allegedly about Lorde 😅😅😅 there's a few singles that are pretty great too. Once Upon a Dream, Season of the Witch, Young and Beautiful, Watercolor Eyes 👌
