with a good amplifier (500wpc) is worth take the 100f or the 120h?

I use a Musical Fidelity M6si500 (500wpc) with the 100f and it sounds amazing. For me personally because the Amp is good and class A/B, I would never get powered speakers and basically bypass that to a much cheaper class D Amp in powered speakers.
