@@stephenmuir5030 The memorandum said, Refrain from economic coercion designed to subordinate to their own interest the exercise by Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan of the rights inherent in its sovereignty and thus to secure advantages of any kind. When Victoria Newland admitted that the US had spent 5 billion on Ukraine leading up to the coup of the democratically elected government to install a pro US one, I think that clearly counts as economic coercion. So no,the US did not uphold anything.

Well, and some flattery helps. But yeah, Trump will side with whoever he thinks is going to win. Trump is the guy who in his “doctor’s note” back in 2016 (the one where the doc wrote suspiciously like Trump talks) that “all his tests were positive” (really? pregnancy? STDs? Etc). And when Trump had COVID he still couldn’t bring himself to use the word “negative” for his follow-up COVID test, saying something weird like “it’s negative…but only in the good, positive way.” 😂😂

@@vajidali2658 How about medical goods? The US is the largest exporter of blood conserves, exporting 95% of the world wide blood conserves and russia is a large customer of those. Prior to the war 80% of all blood conserves used in russia came from the US and that number significantly increased during the war. Cut russia off from this, will make the russian healthcare system collapse pretty soon. Same for medical machines, these come by almost 99% from the USA and Europe (especially Germany). Trump is bad news, no doubt about that. We're all now worried about getting stabbed in the back by the USA at this point and they are not to be trusted. Too many nations are now one wonky adderall dose away from getting attacked for no rational reason. However, where it is possible for Trump to be steered into doing the right thing, we should make use of that. Pitting Trump's ego against Putin's could yield results. What will be pathetic to watch will be all Trumps little MAGA hatted groupies switching from loving Russia and hating Ukraine to the exact opposite, and be completely in denial that they were ever the opposite. Trump could declare war on the Moon and they'd cheer it through the streets.

At the start of 2022 Russia had reserves of over 600 billion , a huge stock pike of military equipment and no military deaths. Russia is certainly not in a good position now and could be crippled militarily and financially , its a choice for the West and China

Interesting power dynamic on the issue of in-person negotiations. Both men like for people to come to them, as a symbol of the other party's subservience. Trump will not want to go there. Vladimir Vladimirich cannot come to the US. Have to meet in a country that would promise no arrest.
