Well, and some flattery helps. But yeah, Trump will side with whoever he thinks is going to win. Trump is the guy who in his “doctor’s note” back in 2016 (the one where the doc wrote suspiciously like Trump talks) that “all his tests were positive” (really? pregnancy? STDs? Etc). And when Trump had COVID he still couldn’t bring himself to use the word “negative” for his follow-up COVID test, saying something weird like “it’s negative…but only in the good, positive way.” 😂😂

@@vajidali2658 How about medical goods? The US is the largest exporter of blood conserves, exporting 95% of the world wide blood conserves and russia is a large customer of those. Prior to the war 80% of all blood conserves used in russia came from the US and that number significantly increased during the war. Cut russia off from this, will make the russian healthcare system collapse pretty soon. Same for medical machines, these come by almost 99% from the USA and Europe (especially Germany). This is something, russia cannot shift over to China.

The question of why sanctions on Russia have very slowly gone up as they wasted the USSR stockpile of materiel, should answer itself. If they had the stockpile they could come again, quickly. Without the stockpile they are up a creek without a paddle and the economy is shot.

The sanctions are more about the stuff we don’t sell TO Russia. Like much of “Russian” military equipment is made with Western parts. And the US doesn’t use much fuel from Russia, but Europe sure did. Many were saying it was impossible to switch away and it would be riots and people freezing in Europe…but didn’t happen.

One of many miscalculations brought about because Putin is unaware. Putin genuinely believed the propaganda he was brought up with and the propaganda from his own regime.

The American people and I also believe President Trump is with Ukraine. I believe there’s opportunity for America to be very good partners with Ukraine and the TECH field . There is going to be so much promise. Moving forward with tech in AI and Ukraine will be America’s partner we are not giving up on Ukraine. We are going to make sure Ukraine Either wins the war or gets a very good deal. I can guarantee you, President Trump will not let Ukraine lose a good deal. There are plenty of Russian oligarchs who haven’t been sanctioned at all yet. Sanctions are effective, especially with overall crises coming together in RF. Look at Gazprom… It took years, but they’re cooked right now.
