It looks like a speech for us westerners to reassure us how superior we are. I think it sounds too good to be true. In summary: fire a few missiles and boom, all Iranian air defenses are gone, they're defenseless and quaking in their pants. I'd like to see evidence that backs up those claims. In our western perspective, religion has no place in politics, and rationality is king (sort of). However, we're talking about a hardline theocracy here. Religion comes first and rationality comes second. Then there's also the whole spiel, of Israel being their arch-nemesis, to justify large expenditures on military and proxies. I don't think there's any way that the Iran leadership can take this lying down. This looks escalatory: both sides are in the grip of extremism and hate each other. Who knows what will happen next.
