The most popular reminiscence when it was composed!

Where goes Don Juan ? Not debating ask a clarification, I personally like don Juan than this because it is technically so demanding and harmonic structure
@tranminhtu83393 жыл бұрын
@@sanjai_s I means for the audience at that time it's the most popular one. "It was so popular that it became his calling card: on more than one occasion he was forced to interrupt his programmed concerts to play it because of the demands of the audience. On the day of its publication by Maurice Schlesinger, the edition of 500 was completely sold out and it had to be immediately reprinted." (Wikipedia)

I think Norma is more popular than Don Juan, because it has some very demanding parts for the three-hand effect
@sanjai_s3 жыл бұрын
@@kokositosalvatore I accept it but don juan has best harmonic structure, melody is perfectly handled, both bass and treble clefs are clearcut and it could be the best transcription that Liszt had ever done after liszt-beethoven symphony 9

Hey I am new to piano world can anyone please tell me the meaning of coda cadenza etc . Thanks, Kashi.

Coda is usually the ending to a piece whereas cadenza is a virtuosic (sometimes improvised) passage which precedes an important cadence (doesn’t have to be the end)
