Soviet Ukraine's last three decades are 1961 to 1991 not 1971 to 1996.

You are correct. It is stated "last 3 decades from the Soviet and early post Soviet era" in my liner notes. We've just shortened it a bit for the video teaser due to duration limits. On another hand, some might say the soviet era is being turned over only very recently.
