22:19 I tend to watch these by skipping around a little, so I thought you were wondering how it got so expensive to engineer. Which is why I wrote all of that stuff below. As to why the competitiveness dropped so hard, I agree with Borivoe. Looking at the engineering breakdown, the things that are taking the most time in order are: 1. Wheels (Radials are hard, turns out. Worth the cost.) 2. Chassis (I guess turning the sedan into a wagon and creating a van variant? I dunno, I'd expect that in the Body and Fixtures section. Might just be a base cost, in which case it's unavoidable.) 3. Drivetrain (I don't think you made any large changes? You did do a lot of tuning and it may need to be re-engineered because of the new engine. It shouldn't, but it might. Probably unavoidable) 4. Safety (Updating the safety for a new decade, well worth the cost.) 5. Suspension (Progressive springs, well worth the expense.) 6. Aerodynamics (Van and Wagon, I'm guessing.) 7. Driver Assists (Probably just the base cost, might cost more because you're adding the Van. Probably unavoidable.) 8. Interior (Completely insignificant cost.) 9. Body and Fixtures (Also a completely insignificant cost.) All in all, 3 years is not a bad development time for a facelift.

22:35 I think your competitiveness scores went down with the factory upgrade because the factory costs get included in the final price of the car by default, so the cars become significantly more expensive and thus less competitive. Also, I think you can go for regular Family and Utility categories, instead of the budget ones, judging by your affordability and competitveness scores
