Literally Blown away During Beautiful Icelandic Sunrises | Hidden Faces Ep 11

During the search for steep lines in Iceland, we considered many options. The wind seemed to have done its job all season long and the temperatures were anything but stable. Typical Iceland actually. During our stay, the freezing level moved towards 1000 meters and with that many slopes became a "no go". So we had to look higher up. In the north of Iceland the mountains reach up to about 1500 meters so that was the goal straight away, clear weather and looking for a window without too much wind...

Really cool (and cold) guys! If this is the last video (of the season) what are you up to now? There is at least a month of (spring) skiing to go. It has been massively sand - snowing in Sierra Nevada if you want to do something slightly different from Iceland.

So true, Niceland it is! Yep that's what Iceland is known for, and what's not to love about that, nevertheless we wanted to show a bit of a different side of Iceland. Hope that worked out. As said at the end we only just scratched the surface there and have to come back .
