The 2 missing were Hephastos and Hades. Hephastos was set free, and Hades was purged.

It's HADES and HEPHAESTUS that are missing from GAIA now. HADES is no longer of use and is gone, and the latter will be recaptured hopefully in the next and last game.

That was a nice play through I enjoyed it, yes you do have Apollo now. Gaia is just in the process of assimilating it but she needs to get rid of the malicious Far Zenith code from her system.

I'm late to the playthrough, but great game. Sadly for the next game, they'll either have Sylens die off screen or somehow recast him with a new actor/voice actor as the guy who played him died a little while back now

Gaia does have Apollo now ,the other one she doesn’t have is Hades since all of the back ups have been corroded due to water damage at the testing facility

Hephaestus and Hades are the only two missing. Apollo was reunited with GAIA. Its symbol is present in the ending scene.

48:26 - Sylens is getting the idea of trying to turn a Cauldron into a printer network for basic items needed by humans. Instead of hunting machines for parts, a Cauldron would just make the parts directly. 57:56 - material stores for the Zenith base's printer network. If the material is in fluid suspension, it is easier to 'pump' to a Printer. Since the base has taken damage, the fluid slowly drained off and left the material. Like making a sand castle with stalagmites by dribbling wet sand the fluid leaves while the sand remains. 1:20:50 - Versailles in space is appropriate, as Far Zenith was a collection of the most wealthy/powerful/ruthless people, they would want their surroundings to be appropriate to their perceived ego. 1:24:06 - Tilda is forgetting the first rule of computers - files can be copied. So Far Zenith might flee to one world, but Nemesis can fission into copies and go to every system to find Far Zenith. (Sylens also forgets this) 1:25:52 - Megalomaniacs condensed into pure hatred might not just accept Far Zenith dead bodies. They might want to 'make sure' and kill all humans (making sure the Far Zenith didn't escape into new bodies) 1:28:44 - Sylens is saying that someone has to be the adult in the room?
