Plant Synchros smashed its group, I'll be surprised if Grandsoil gets above 30% in predictions despite the fact that I think they're very evenly matched in terms of power level and consistency. I'm gonna say its gonna be an epic 3-2 and I can't even tell which will come on top.

Hm, True King Turbo vs the famous Dragon Ruler... Honestly, this is very iffy, especially since Dragon Ruler doesn't use card effects on the field, and True King can only restricted a single Attribute

but it also turns every monster on the field into that attribute, so whatever attributes the opponent summons they will be negated by VFD

The only thing I can see is that Dragon Ruler for sure have no way to out TKing and has to relies on outs like maybe Maxx C and Phoenix Wing Blast. I could also see Blaster be used to pop a monster on the field as a chance

You had some of the unluckiest possible hands with DAD Return. I do think the one game you might have turned it around if you searched Cyber Valley off of Sangan, but I also understand wanting to get DAD on the field. Rough matches and a disappointing end to one of my favorite decks. Still love Plant Synchro though.

side note: here's my obvious predictions for the what decks will get to Top 16 and it should come as no surprise: Sky Strikers; Spyrals; Chaos Yata; Wind-Ups; Adamancipator and.. a bit of a toss up. The last deck to get to the Top 16 will actually be decided by a (what i presume will be a close duel) between Dark Warrrior and PePe, so most likely the deck that gets to go first.. still hoping that's PePe

Plant Synchro is killing it in the U2014 group. Impressive 3-0 win. Reborn Tengu really showed its power. Next match is a very interesting one. Dragon Rulers has been carried by Maxx C and their generic power cards, but seem to be outclassed here. Even if they do Maxx C for 10 cards...what can they do against TK Calamaties?
