They all say this, that there is no problems on the land but after buying them then registration becomes even a problem. I have lost some land sold by so call Pentecost Estate developers in the same area. Sad part is that, the radio and TV stations are the one that promote them.

Would that not mean we would be sub leasing from them and also how would a 50year lease renewal work for a foreigner?

All land in Ghana now is leased. After the lease period expires, you pay a token to renew
