I think he should focus on selling the land for building homes instead of mixture of houses factory and farms. This is beautiful area

That’s the downside of that area. It attracts mostly villagers from other villages.🤣

It appears to me that you have good intentions to help improve the options of people intent on getting into real estate space in Ghana. What I see missing in your channel as well as that of other youtubers is the lack of in-depth schooling and scrutinizing of the developers and property sellers and some of the other people that you interview. Some of the major problem of almost every town and city in Ghana is the uncontrolled urban sprawl; poor(or lack of) planning of subdivisions; no spaces dedicated for community services, green spaces, drainage, etc. A common theme that keep repeating every where with land sellers is the clearing of the whole land before subdividing it. Why do they have to clear all the vegetation in order to mark the property markers? Why can't there simply clean along the lines where the markers are to be staked? Don't we understand the negative impact of the removal of the vegetation cover of the land? We are seeing some that impact everyday; soil erosion, dusty environment and the resulting health implications, flooding, etc. In this particular property that you are showcasing, we can see some of the issues that I have mentioned above. I see that not only have they cleared the whale property of the vegetation, they've almost cleared right to the edge of the beautiful stream. The stream is been left without any protection. At some point, they appear to be almost damming the stream. In a few years time it will either be turned into a drainage gutter of waste water or it will simply cease to exist! We should do better. Let's create better communities. Please always seek the input of various experts before you approach your interviewees so that you can ask them the right questions, help to educate them and your viewers.
