#ilovervlife #LiTimeBatteries #LithiumRVbatteris The LiTime 12V 300Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery is a great choice for a wide range of applications including RV and marine power systems, off-grid solar power systems, and emergency backup power. The LiTime 300Ah 12V battery has an impressive capacity of 300Ah and during our test it provided reliable power for extended periods. This is particularly perfect for our RV trips when traveling long distance and for overnight stays when we have no campground power for our residential refrigerator, lighting, entertainment and small 120V appliances.

I purchased 3 Litime Plus 200ah battery's for 600ah. Got it in a 23ft Camper too, I put my Battery's into a portable platform so i can provide power away from the camper. I hardwired a 30amp outlet right into a slightly oversize battery box. All the hardware is also mounted on top of that box,Inverter, Victron charger control etc. I used thick silicon mats to mount the hardware on so the heat would not effect the battery box. Solar panels are trifold and also portable.

Jerry i really liked how you tested the battery. Sometimes reviers get a little to deep into the woods on bench tests. I have had lithium batteries in our fifth wheel for going on 5 years. ( first Battle Borns) and im am sold on the technology and peace of mind of not worrying and the amount of amps we have left on our acid batteries. I am interested in your findings with regards to your 400 watt draw from your smart device chargers under no load draw. This really makes no sense and hope you will follow up on your findings. Thank you for your efforts!

I just bought this battery and was excited about using it in my trailer. Still running tests to see how many amp hours I can really get. I had to rewire some of my setup because I hooked up the inverter wrong so I wasn’t getting accurate readings from the Victron shunt. Before I understood that, i emailed LiTime. They got right back to me (within 24 hours). They asked for some information on my shunt settings and I emailed pictures from the Victron monitor. Never received a reply. Emailed a few more times and nothing. Now I’m scared their warranty is worthless. Hopefully the battery is okay. There is no customer support!

Serious question and need an honest opinion.This is pretty urgent and time sensitive. Are these just as good as Battleborn and the other Lithium-Ion Sulfate batteries out there that seems to get popularity based on the name? We live up north and I know 10000% I'm going vanlife. My daughter, husband, and my grandchild literally just moved into there 20 yr old motor home and live in the north part of WI. They are going to end up way out in the country and park it on some land (they rented a spot) on this guy's land. Absolutely no water and no shore power. They went and got a Mr. Heater 10,000 btu propane heater and a 100 lb bottle. Of course they saud the floor is cold cold and I told them they need to get heat tape and get it on all the pipes and keep it at least to a temperature in there or they have to winterize it but then they can't use water, showering, etc. I've been telling my daughter to buy solar and we can build it ourselves. The huge thing is the batteries. It scares me because these battleborns are $700+ for just a 100 ah (ridiculous) and its discouraging wondering how any of us can do off grid. Are these Li Time batteries just as good as the others even though these are half the price? I just want an honest answer. I told her she needs a minimum of 400 ah and she can go higher as she goes - which she'll keep adding more solar and upgrade the control charger on the list. They have a 120V furnace and im thinking why not just run that to the inverter? I'm sure it will heat the motor home better and just might be more cost affective. I also told her they need to close in the bottom around the sides on the outside of the motor home and insulate it to help it not be so cold under the motor home to help with pipes and the cold floors. I would very much appreciate your help! Please! Ty

@iLoveRVlife 8 ай бұрын
I can't speak for the Battle Born batteries. I've not had the opportunity to evaluate. There are a number of videos from those who use these you may want to view. I've been using the LiTime 300Ahr battery everyday since installation. I've had no issues and it's been performing to spec. I saw a video this week from Will Prowse who disassembled a number of lower cost batteries. All but one was sub par. I have a lot of respect for Will and his efforts. He stated that LiTime was one of the better made low cost batteries on the market. The other tips you suggested for the cold climate are on spot. Temps yesterday outside the 5th wheel were 28 degrees. It doesn't take much to freeze the pipes. When we're in temps in the 20s or below, I put a shop light in the bay near the water entrance with a 100 watt light bulb. That will eat battery, but keeps the pipes from freezing.

@@iLoveRVlife thanx! Ya, I follow Will and watch alot of his videos and I did in fact watch his battery review on this Li Time, but I wanted to get your opinion on it because you're the one I've found to be actively using it out there and I wanted to see if it holds up and performs (which it does thankfully). It just baffles me why its half the cost but performs pretty much just as good as Battle Born. I appreciate your response and im definitely going to be pursuing these Li Time batteries.
