@@PraiseHIMthroughthestorm I can imagine, I’ve seen the video of them moving Momotaro and he was fully traumatized seperated from his Mom and Haoki, when Momoko and Sumomo were seperated from the rest for an illness. Family to them means a lot.

You could tell by the body language and behaviour of the gorillas that those two men weren't keepers they knew well, and they were probably standing in a place where zoo visitors normally don't so it made them a bit wary. Little Ringo's bold display was adorable; he has a great role model in his dad.

Question; anyone know why Ringo named Ringo? Was he named after Beatle Ringo Starr? The name actually has a bit of history before him; it was the name of a famous outlaw/cowboy in a famous old country and western song.

Ringo was one of the two names proposed by the Polish office. The other name was Kijani, meaning compassion and care. Ringo is a traditional Polish game that symbolizes cuteness, fun, and collaboration. Also, the pronunciation of Ringo in Taiwanese is similar to the word for apple. @@yenzg Thanks for that information. I guess it's due to my age that the Beatle association of the name is the first one that comes to mind, for me! Interestingly, "Ringo" is also the Japanese word for apple, but maybe it's one of the words in that language that originated from Chinese. It's also not quite pronounced like the English "ring" followed by "go", but more like "rin-go", although to most English ears the Japanese "r" sounds more like "l".

La diferencia es que Ringo siempre fue protegido y luego Iriki le dio libertad para tener sus experiencias y ser un animalito seguro de si mismo. En cambio Jabali siempre fue abusado por su mamá no lo alimentaba cuando tenia hambre sino cuando ella queria y ni siquiera lo dejaba treparse a ella eso tuvo que tener repercusiones en su personalidad porque no es lo normal para un bebe gorila. Los dos son hermosos Ringo muy protector siempre.

Hay muchos videos de Tayari amamantando a Jabali, dándole mimos y hasta jugando con el. Tayari permitió que Jabali fuera independiente. Esa forma de llevar a Jabali es porque su madre la llevaba así, como madre primeriza ella lo hizo muy bien, según a cómo su madre le enseñó, sumándole a esto que muchas veces tuvo la espalda herida por las heridas de DJ.
