This is the coolest retro park out there. Great job preserving these classic flat rides. All you need is a double ferris wheel, and the park will be complete. 👍🇺🇸

I still want to get on a double ferris wheel someday. I know of one at a Florida fair still.
@agustdan6599 Жыл бұрын
@Canobie Coaster I never really appreciated the double ferris wheel when I was younger. Now that I am older, I love them. However, they are hard to find. They are truly a classic flat.

This kind of budget park with old auctioned coasters is something I wish could fill in the gaps on prospective coaster road trips throughout the country and especially the western Midwest. Little Amerricka seems to have snatched up some really rare models for dirt cheap, so even though there isn't much in the way of thrill rides it still fills its niches with families and the wayward enthusiast... and I could see myself putting a few extra rides in on Mad Mouse for the thrills and Meteor just to get some more laps in with the operator

I found it quite charming. I went the same day that I left Mt Olympus in late July 2019. It did feel very busy on my day (yes it was again a Wednesday), but lines were usually not bad, probably because of how many rides they have to spread out the crowd. The wild mouse seemed to be the only ride with much of a line, because of low capacity and popularity. I had a different ride op on Meteor, but he was also having fun with us.
@CanobieCoaster2 жыл бұрын
The coasters had awful capacities, so I could see that being an issue on busier days.

Yes! I a lover of trains as well. Roller Coasters (borrowed) early train track construction with the use of "flat iron" It was however changed to steel and riveted to the laminate. Little Amerricka is a PERFECT name. Not only for its founder, but the fact that it's a thin slice of more relaxed America is represented here. Yes! Love the ride operators pride & skill.
@rockingtr12 жыл бұрын
Many around here think the name is also a sarcastic play on words; a David vs Goliath rivalry with nearby Six Flags "Great" America in Illinois.

They really take pride in that train.

@@CanobieCoaster you should visit this next season! It’s such a cool place. We are supposedly getting our roll-o-plane back up and running which is exciting. If you visit I could potentially hook you up to interview the owners- they can be a little bit weird about publicity but they sometimes do interviews

My boyfriend and I are in our mid-twenties. My mother used to take my brother and I to this theme park a lot as kids during our summer break, and I wanted to share some childhood fun with my BF. I surprised him with a date here, and was some of the most fun we’ve ever had, together. You could easily spend most of your day here. Highly recommend.
