I am LOVING Mystery Shack by Night Owl. Swamp water was the first thing I thought of too, but that shimmer looks like St. Elmo's fire hovering above the surface, and it's so Southern-spooky.

It is very clean looking. It's a solar though, so you won't see the purple unless you went into direct sunlight!
