I remember seeing the 'old man with Zimmer frame' scene years ago. It's one of my favourite scenes; the way the old guy is taking forever to get to the desk, which infuriates Carol until she can't take it anymore and blurts out her exasperation. Hilarious.

Great show, I'm watching it for the third time on i player, last night I watched the episode where they were dog sitting I had tears rolling down my cheeks. But I think Tysheen might struggle with the accent/dialect. 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

Little Britain was taken off streaming services in the UK because it had a lot of characters who were controversial in the current climate.Try Marjorie Dawes fat fighters, Lou and Andy, Bubbles Devere and apologising politician, or the only gay in the village. It's all very funny but maybe a bit politically uncorrect nowadays.

🤣 Yes in the UK we have free totally healthcare but some of the receptionists and admins (not all - some are wonderful) are…. well challenging to deal with on 1st contact at the ER department. That said they have a difficult job. Because the system is free it gets abused. For example on a Friday/Saturday night the ER dept is overrun with drunk people needing sewing up after pub fights. Sad but true. It’s an embarrassing situation which 99% of Brits condemn and want the idiots to pay for, rather than our tax contributions.

Re NHS has anyone noticed how hard it is to talk to a doctor nowadays, the receptionists just will not let you make an appt, call back at 8.30 am they say, the line is then engaged for an hour. When you get through if you have the patience its ''im sorry all appts have gone today phone at 8.30 tomorrow'' I'm going private.

No it isn't. The show puts the Carol Deer character ("computer says no") in multiple scenarios in which receptionist/operators use a computer to 'help' customers; the travel agent's is probably the funniest. It is not 'based' on the NHS - where the receptionists are just fine and have no such reputation - any more than on American hospitals, in one of which this sketch is actually set. Sorry if that doesn't fit your own agenda.
