@Ricardi Vasquez the water was ridiculously clear and blue, although I do worry about the plastic pollution in corn Islands. It's not bad at the moment but could be.

@Timmy Brown - glad you enjoyed it - I was amazed at how different Corn Islands were to the Pacific side. I've never gone to Puerto Viejo in Costa Rica but imagine it's a similar difference.

@@WiththeSparrowsMaybe slightly less built up, still seems quiet which is good. I remember when went snorkeling/fishing there were only 2 guys that could bring you and they didn't have fishing rods, only fishing line with a hook 😂

Loved the vlog! When did you get there, which month? Just wondering since it seems you got such a good weather. I live in northern Costa Rica, so it's not a long drive from here, there is a ferry boat ride available from Blue Fields, Nicaragua (Not sure, but it goes from 10$ to 20$ pp, if you are on a small budget go for it). In Costa Rica caribbean gets sunny and quiet cristal clear tide just for their summer, which is crazy bc it is right in the middle of the very intense rainy season for the rest of the country, that goes from mid-aug to oct, so that's why I'm really interested on your dates while visiting there...
@WiththeSparrows3 жыл бұрын
@Manuel Alfaro - thanks! We were there in late May I believe. Yeah the ferry from Blue Fields is much cheaper, although I don't know how long it takes?

@WiththeSparrows2 жыл бұрын
@Lea you can ask the guys that take you out fishing from Little Corn B&B. Alternatively just walk about 200m up the beach (North) from Little Corn B&B and the place is right there on the beach. Maybe look out for the area where I sat and ate it - there isn't much else around there so hopefully you can find it!
