Stylization is using certain characteristics on the drawing and/or character to give them more personality traits that are easy to catch the moment we look at it About "light reflection" like you said. In Grey's week, we see him and Black in a room with clearly zero sources of light, and there it is, the reflection on Black's visor. And in Defeat, we're in a pit with hundreds of bodies with no other light source besides Black's shiny eye, and his visor has the reflection like any other So yeah
