I love watching them bury food, it fascinates me how they try hide the area by smoothing it over with their paws and arranging leaves. Squirrels are so lovely.🐿❤

This is the little home lover or Velcro with the 3 parts to her tail, the first being the distinctive arch pattern at the top of her tail, with extra thick fur for that first part

And they def have a very specific idea of 'good' burying locations for their treasures--sometimes they'll try 4 or 5 locations before they find one that's just right. They're the Little Red Riding Hoods of the forest.
