Im gathering that the condition was his first born. Also an assumption, that little girl is his first born. But she couldnt wait so she decided to craft a mortal form and be her aunt until whatever happens for the contract to be completed. That little girl asking morgan to be her mom is probably a form of "having the first born". Either that or he just straight up banged the diety herself and crafted a story of her "mom" past away while she pretends to be her aunt.

I seem to be a bit lost. Is she pretending to be the aunt of the child she had with the knight or is she sneakily visiting the knight's daughter with another woman to influence the child's outlook on life for her own plans?

The former, she's just pretending tj be her aunt.
