Little Lights in the Night

My brother caught these, edited the video (for time) and hammed it up with music and pointer effects for fun. The four little blob-lights are rather distant, but appear and fade to nothing - they are not visible to the naked eye, but only appear on IR. They are not uncommon here, actually, but what they are exactly, not sure.
Planes are obvious, they blink, are brighter, move more rapidly, but can also be seen with the naked eye, and tend to finish their course, going north-south or vice-versa (local airport is south of here - that would be to the left on camera, as north is to the right). Satellites tend to move very steadily, in a straight and consistent line, with a consistent brightness.
