They're both good, but the Disney one does have the advantage of a beautiful classical piece--Borodin's string quartet. (Musical theater fans would know it as "And This Is My Beloved" from the Broadway musical Kismet.) The reason it's set to a classical piece is that it was originally supposed to be part of a third Fantasia movie that didn't pan out.
