The supplies used in this diorama were mostly recycled but here’s a list of the things that I used and links to where you can buy some of them.

Cardboard
Bass wood/Craft wood scraps
Acrylic Paint - silver
Tacky glue - Or white Elmers glue
Gloss Modpodge ( or I also used deco art varnish)

Congrats on the marriage and I think its great that you took that time off for yourselves! The hallway came out so amazing! I love that the fairytale is literally exploding into the hallway with all that color and sea life! I am picturing Ursula and a mermaid in an all out fight and they backed into a magical sea door that popped open into another dimension. Love how it all worked together😊😊 as for the polymer clay there are no right or wrong way of using it 😹😹😹😹I have been using polymer clay for a very long time and most of what I do is hit and miss even after all these years 😹😹 the trick with polymer clay is to just play with it and have fun with it 🤗🤗🤗One tip for polymer clay never use anything but water based products. Non water based items can damage the polymer clay as it does not react well with them. One item I do use is nail gel which needs a UV light to cure as it works well with polymer clay. Never use the old fashion nail polish it will eat into the clay over time and turn it into mush 😳 Congratulations on your engagement and marriage 🤗🤗🤗

There are actually several accepted ways to pluralize "octopus" - "octopi," "octopuses," and "octopodes" are the most common, but I've also seen "octopus" itself used as the plural form. If you use baby wipes with acrylic paint it gives you the look of stain without all the extra work/drying time.

I'm new here, so please forgive me if I seem critical. I really love your clay work! I know you kept denigrating it, but, girl, that's awesome! I really loved how you did the details on the wall and holding the doorway open as well. Please give yourself some more credit! You rock!!! The only critique I have is that there really is no Ariel. There was an Alice in your collaboration partner's work. It's great for the sea coming into a posh room, but...where's the rest? You can do this!!
