One thing I've noticed about Little Mix acoustics is that the musicians (i.e. violin player at 3:27) always look really touched or impressed by their voices. I mean, maybe that's just this dude's concentration face but as a whole, the musicians playing for them generally seem really struck by their talent.

A violinist gotta' appreciate a beautiful voice. Both singing and playing violin are based on having an outstanding musical talent. You will not get anywhere if you're tone deaf, like you maybe could on piano or guitar with lots and lots if training. You have to hit THAT note, no exceptions, which would be hard on violin, trombone and singing. Talented violinists have such a good ear for music that they often hear it when you're even only slightly off-key. Therefore, when someone with a clean voice manages to dig forth the emotion of the song as well, violinists would naturally appreciate that.
