As every artists they're using a backtrack, which is lowered during their parts and a bit louder when the chorus comes. They move so much on stage, it's normal.

Perrie was lip syncing, my friend was there. Sometimes she has to do this because she has still this problem with her tonsils and she doesn't want to destroy her voice. And since she has to lip sync sometimes it would be clever if they record a different version. I don't know if they did it here since I didn't listen carefully but she definitely lip synced in Competition. I don't say it's a bad thing when it's better for her voice. Idk if this makes any sense :D But they don't lip sync the chorus, they just sing over a backing track.

They weren't lip syncing. It doesnt matter if she was there. There is no way she could tell at a concert especially when she isn't directly in front of her. Listen to the real audio version and this one. She also has never said ANYTHING about her tonsils messing with her voice, so thats another thing. There isnt evidence on that either. Make sure you know what you're talking before you start saying that.
